Shared Inputs
Shared inputs let you give another Streamrun user or organization access to your incoming stream. They select it as the source of an Input Stream element in their own configuration, or as one of the inputs of Streamrun Go, and see exactly what you send in. For example, IRL streamers meeting up can share their camera feeds with each other and switch between them during the stream. At events, a single device can feed several configurations when part of the program is shared and part is channel-specific. Your stream keys are never revealed.
How it works
You keep streaming to Streamrun exactly as before, from OBS, Moblin, IRL Pro, or any other source. Sharing an input does not change where you send your stream or how you use it. It only allows the other account to read the same incoming stream from the Streamrun ingest server.
Both accounts receive the stream independently, so the other account can use it in their configuration while you use it in yours. Your configuration does not even have to be running: what matters is that your device is streaming to the input you shared.

Share one of your inputs
1. Open Shared inputs and select Share input
Go to Settings and select Manage on the Shared inputs row, then Share input. The form lists the configurations of the account you currently have active, and each step appears once the previous one is done.
2. Select the configuration, then the input
Pick which configuration the input belongs to. Its inputs then appear, and if there is only one it is selected for you. Streamrun Go appears in the list as its own configuration with Input 1 and Input 2.
3. Enter the account to share with
Type the Streamrun username of a person, or the name of an organization. The input becomes available to that whole account, so every member of an organization can use it.
4. Share, with an expiry if you want one
The button names the input and the account you are sharing with. Next to it, choose an expiry: never, 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. An expired share simply stops being offered, and you can always share again.
You are taken back to the Shared inputs page, where every share you have created is listed under Shared by you, with the account it was shared with and when it expires. Inputs other accounts have shared with you are listed under Shared with you.
Use an input shared with you
Nothing needs to be set up to receive a share. Where you pick it depends on what you stream with.
In the Streamrun Editor
Open a configuration in the Streamrun Editor, select an Input Stream element, and open the Input type dropdown. Shared inputs appear in a group named Shared with you, each one labelled with the account, configuration, and input that it comes from.
On Streamrun Go
Open the Streamrun Go page. When another account has shared an input with you, Input 1 and Input 2 each show a Use shared input button. Select the share to use for that input, or None to go back to your own stream key. The choice is remembered for your next session.
Either way, the input behaves the same:
No stream URL or key
The stream arrives on the other account's ingest, so the input has no stream key of its own and none is shown. On Go, the Show stream key button is hidden while a share is selected.
The input type follows the source
Horizontal, vertical, or Dual HD is taken from the input at the source, so the element matches what is actually being sent.
Your own playback settings still apply
No signal image, input latency, and audio gain remain yours, because they control how your configuration receives and renders the stream.

Anyone who can use a configuration containing your shared input can see the stream, so an organization you share with means every member of that organization.
Revoking and expiry
Select Delete next to any share to take the access away. Revoking takes effect the next time the other account starts the configuration, so a share that is already live keeps running until then. Stop your own stream if you need it to end immediately.
Once a share is revoked or expired, the other account's input falls back to a standard horizontal input of their own, whether it is an Input Stream element or a Go input. It stays offline unless they stream to it themselves, and on Go the share is no longer offered for selection.
Streamrun Go
Shared inputs work in both directions with Streamrun Go, as long as your account has an active Go subscription or trial.
Sharing a Go input
Go appears in the configuration list on the Shared inputs page as Streamrun Go with Input 1 and Input 2. Share either one like any other input. Go does not need to be running for the other account to receive the stream, only your device needs to be streaming to that input.
Using a share on Go
On the Go page, select Use shared input on Input 1 or Input 2 and pick the share. That input then reads the shared stream instead of your own stream key, so you can switch between your own camera and a co-streamer's feed while live.
