Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Service, both parties agree to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration as the primary method of dispute resolution. Arbitration shall be conducted in Finland by a single arbitrator.

The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties, and judgment on the arbitrator’s award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. In agreeing to arbitration, both parties waive the right to pursue claims in court, including the right to a trial by jury, except as may be required to enforce the arbitrator's decision or as otherwise provided by law.
