Church live streaming that stays on air when your internet doesn't
Your service keeps going on YouTube, Facebook and your website when the church connection drops. No encoder to buy, no contract, and viewers watch live.
$79 a month with unlimited streaming hours, month-to-month. We set it up with you before your first Sunday.
What happens when the church internet drops
Most Sunday stream failures start in the building: the router, the Wi-Fi or the internet line. Streamrun sits between your camera and YouTube and Facebook, so a drop at church doesn't end the broadcast.

1
Your backup camera takes over
Add a phone on cellular as a second camera. If the stream from the booth stops, Streamrun switches to the phone within seconds, and back again when the main stream returns.
2
If both are offline, viewers see your slide
Upload a "We'll be right back" slide. Viewers see it instead of an error, and the YouTube and Facebook broadcasts stay live.
3
The service continues on its own
When the connection comes back, the stream continues on the same broadcast. Nobody has to restart anything or send viewers a new link.

With Streamrun
We'll be right back
The service continues in a moment
Works with the equipment you have
Keep your cameras, your switcher and your slides. You point your stream at Streamrun instead of YouTube, and Streamrun sends it on to every place you stream.
ProPresenter
Send your program output with ProPresenter's RTMP stream output.
ATEM Mini Pro and Extreme
We add Streamrun to the ATEM streaming settings with you on the setup call.
Hardware encoders
Blackmagic Web Presenter, Epiphan, Teradek or any encoder that streams RTMP or SRT.
OBS
Change the server and stream key in Settings, Stream.
A phone
Larix or Moblin on a phone, as the main camera or as the backup.
How this compares with Resi
Resi is the best-known church streaming service built around outage protection. It buffers the stream at the church and resends anything lost, which needs a Resi encoder or ProPresenter and adds a delay. Streamrun protects the stream in the cloud instead, with a backup camera and your slide.
| Compared | Resi | Streamrun church plan |
|---|---|---|
| YouTube and Facebook | $99 a month | $79 a month |
| Player on your website | From $159 a month | Included |
| At the church | A Resi encoder, or ProPresenter 7.3 or later with Resi's ProPresenter Stream | The phone, computer or encoder you already have |
| Delay for viewers | About 90 seconds, about 2 minutes on YouTube and Facebook | A few seconds on top of the usual YouTube and Facebook delay |
| During an internet outage | The encoder resends what was missed, so viewers get the whole service, later | Your backup camera takes over. If both are offline, viewers see your slide and miss that part |
Resi fits better if every minute of the service has to reach viewers even through a long outage and the delay doesn't matter to you. Resi figures are from resi.io.

Questions churches ask
What do online viewers see if our internet goes down?
If you have a backup camera, such as a phone on cellular, Streamrun switches to it within seconds. If both are offline, viewers see your slide instead of an error, and the YouTube and Facebook broadcasts stay live. When the connection returns, the service continues on the same broadcast.
Do we need to buy an encoder?
No. Streamrun works with a phone, OBS, ProPresenter, an ATEM Mini or the hardware encoder you already have. We set it up with you on the setup call.
Does Streamrun add a delay?
Streamrun doesn't buffer your stream to protect it, so it adds only a few seconds on top of the usual YouTube and Facebook delay.
Who presses Start on Sunday morning?
Nobody has to. We set up your weekly schedule in your church's time zone, so the stream is ready before every service. Your volunteer only turns on the camera or encoder.
Is there a limit on streaming hours?
No. The plan includes unlimited streaming hours, so Sunday and midweek services, weddings, funerals and special events are all covered.
Can we use it for our school too?
Yes. If your church runs a school, the same plan covers chapel, graduation and games.
Is there a contract?
No. Pay $79 a month and cancel any time, or pay $790 a year and get two months free.
Can we add Spanish subtitles?
We're preparing live Spanish subtitles on YouTube and Facebook, and Spanish audio on phones for people in the room. Tick them in the setup form if your church would use them.

Tell us how you stream today. We'll email you to book a 30-minute call, set up your stream with you and do a test run before Sunday. You pay only after that, by card, monthly or yearly.
