How does Pro billing work?
Streamrun Pro uses prepaid credits and is charged per second of active streaming time. The rate depends on your configuration. There are no contracts or minimum commitments.
Can I switch between Go and Pro?
Yes. You can cancel the Go plan and start using Pro at any time. You can even use both plans simultaneously, for example running Go for day-to-day streams and Pro for productions that need custom workflows.

How much do live captions cost?
Live captions are a Streamrun Pro add-on that adds $0.40 per hour to your configuration, billed per second while the stream is live. With the base price of $0.39 per hour, a captioned stream to one destination comes to $0.79 per hour. That covers speech recognition in around sixty languages, delivered as closed captions or burned into the video, to every destination at once.
