Getting started
Streamrun is a streaming platform for creating and running configurations that enhance live video streams, deliver a better viewer experience, and help you reach a broader audience for more effective content monetization.
Our purpose is to provide features that are either impossible or difficult to implement directly on your computer or device. For example, Streamrun's Disconnect Protection is essential if you have an unstable connection. Or, if you want to multistream to several destinations with different graphical overlays, that's not possible on a single device.
Streamrun runs in the cloud between your streaming device (such as a computer, action camera, or mobile phone) and the platforms where your audience watches the stream (like Twitch, YouTube, or TikTok). There’s no software to install on your computer, and you can continue using your existing setup.
The core concept of Streamrun
- Stream input: Stream to Streamrun from your devices using RTMP or SRT. You can use, for example, OBS on your computer, Streamlabs app on iPhone and Android, or action cameras like GoPro and DJI
- Streamrun App: Configure Streamrun to improve the stream as desired, using features like switches, graphical overlays, audio noise cancellation and disconnect protection
- Stream output: Output the enhanced stream wherever you want, e.g. to Twitch, YouTube, a custom RTMP destination, or all of these at once with multistreaming
Streamrun configurations
Streamrun configurations are presented like flowcharts or workflows: Add inputs, connect modifier elements and outputs, and tweak settings as you wish. The Streamrun editor operates in real-time, enabling you to build and preview changes instantly with a live video preview.
