Streamrun basics

Streamrun is a cloud-based streaming server that sits between your streaming software or device (such as OBS, Streamlabs, Moblin, IRL Pro, or GoPro) and your destination platforms (like Twitch, Kick, YouTube, or TikTok).

To use Streamrun, stream into your Input Stream element’s RTMP, SRT, or SRTLA URL. A preview video appears right away. Add elements such as Failover, Overlays, or Noise Cancellation. When you’re ready, go live with your Output destinations.

About Streamrun

Our mission is to build streaming features that are difficult (or impossible!) to have on a single computer or device. For example, Disconnect protection and Automatic failover keep your stream online even if your connection drops, dual format streaming in both horizontal and vertical orientations helps you grow across platforms, and you can even add different branding or overlays to each multistream destination.

Streamrun configurations

Streamrun uses a visual editor where configurations are built like flowcharts. Add inputs, connect elements, and route the stream to outputs. Changes are visible in real-time in the preview window. Configurations can be shared with other users to help them get started with good configurations and best practices.
