Billing is based on actual usage, calculated per second. Only configurations running in LIVE mode are billed and partial hours are charged based on the seconds consumed. For example, a 2,5-hour live stream without add-ons costs 2.5 x $0.39 = $0.975. Prices don't include VAT, if applicable. 1 GB of file storage is included for assets like image files.

What is Streamrun?
Streamrun is a streaming server for live video streamers - creators who stream to sites like Twitch and YouTube. Streamrun operates in the cloud between video sources (e.g., OBS, GoPro, mobile) and target platforms (e.g., Twitch, YouTube, kick), allowing users to add custom features and functionality to their streams.
How is it different
Streamrun offers features not available in previous-generation multistreaming or simulcasting platforms. Notable features include simultaneous horizontal/vertical streaming, Disconnect Protection, Audio Noise Cancellation, AV1/HEVC codecs, support for Twitch Enhanced Broadcasting, and graphical overlays that can be different for each multistream channel. What is Streamrun used for?

How does the Pay-as-you-go pricing work? When do I get charged, and when does it stop?
Building, sharing, and previewing configurations is completely free. You only pay when a configuration is LIVE, which happens when you do any of the following:
- Stream from your device to one of the input stream elements
- Set one of the output stream destinations to LIVE
- Manually start the configuration in LIVE mode
Configurations automatically go offline after five minutes of inactivity, and credit consumption will stop. You can also manually stop running configurations at any time. Read more about Streamrun modes.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe. This includes Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and others. Stripe ensures your payment details are handled securely, giving you peace of mind with every transaction. We support pay-as-you-go pricing with no long-term commitments or contracts, and monthly plans for those who prefer a subscription. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time.
Do I need technical knowledge to use this product?
No technical knowledge is required to use Streamrun! Our platform features an intuitive, user-friendly, and real-time editor that makes setup and customization easy. You can configure everything using our drag-and-drop editor, start from scratch, or copy and edit an existing template. For those who want more control, we plan to open APIs and launch a plugin SDK for limitless customization.
What devices are compatible with Streamrun?
Streamrun is compatible with any device or software that can stream via RTMP (or SRT) and supports H.264 encoding (or H.265/AV1), making it highly versatile. This includes popular streaming tools like OBS, numerous mobile apps, and action cameras like GoPro and DJI. For output, Streamrun delivers encoded stream in H.264/H.265/AV1, ensuring high-quality video compatible with all streaming platforms like Twitch, YouTube, Kick, Facebook, and custom RTMP servers.
