Billing is based on actual usage, calculated per minute. Only configurations running in LIVE mode are billed and partial hours are charged based on the minutes consumed. For example, a 2,5-hour live stream using a CPU instance costs 2.5 x $0.39 = $0.975. Prices don't include VAT, if applicable.
