Stay Live on Twitch or Kick

This configuration keeps your live stream running smoothly, even if your connection drops or your device crashes. Just upload a 1920x1080 PNG image, and Streamrun will automatically show it to your viewers whenever there’s a connection issue on your end. Your stream never goes dark unexpectedly and you chat stays alive all the time.

How it works

Streamrun runs in the cloud between your streaming setup (like OBS, GoPro, or phone) and your destinations (like Twitch or Kick). Instead of streaming directly to those platforms, you stream to Streamrun’s RTMP input. From there, Streamrun sends your video to the final destinations. Because it runs in a data center, the connection stays live even if your own network doesn't.

How to use this configuration

Create a free Streamrun account (you'll get $10 in credits), click “Copy and Edit” at the top right of this page, add your output destinations (i.e. your Twitch or Kick stream key), and you're ready to go live. Reach out to team@streamrun.com if you have any questions.
